At PSV Robotics, we ensure that your wellness journey starts with a seamless delivery experience. We currently provide shipping services across the entire territory of India.

🚚 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days for metro cities; 7–10 days for remote regions.
📦 White-Glove Installation: For massage chairs and heavy fitness equipment, we offer professional on-site installation by our certified technicians in select cities.

Returns Criteria

Items must be in original packaging, unused, and include all accessories/manuals. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged Goods

In the rare event of transit damage, please report it within 24 hours with photos/videos to initiate a priority replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the equipment is in transit, a restocking fee may apply to cover logistics costs for heavy machinery.
